Automation & AI · Power Automate + Azure

Sixty systems for the work nobody should be doing by hand.

Invoices retyped. Payments chased. Reports rebuilt every Monday. Files renamed. Approvals waiting in someone's inbox. This is the library of everything we build to make that stop — browse it like a catalogue and pick what's yours.

Start with the sound of it

There are only ten kinds of automation.

Every system on this page is one of these ten motions applied to one part of your business. Each has a sound — a sentence people say when they're doing it by hand. Find yours.

01 · Copy-paste tax

Re-keying

…and then we enter it into the system.

02 · The paper chase

Documents

It comes as a PDF, and then…

03 · The waiting room

Approvals

It goes to sir for approval.

04 · The nagging loop

Chasing

We follow up on WhatsApp.

05 · Calendar tetris

Scheduling

We check who's free.

06 · The blind spot

Monitoring

Sometimes we notice too late.

07 · The tally

Reconciling

We tally it at month end.

08 · The Monday report

Reporting

I make the report every Monday.

09 · Only-Ramesh-knows

Retrieval

Only he knows where that is.

10 · The blank page

Content

We write it new each time.

The library — filter it like a shop

Sixty systems. Find the three that are yours.

Filter by your industry, by the department that's drowning, or simply by what hurts. You don't need to know the technical name for your problem.

The number nobody has calculated

What is manual work already costing you?

Not a sales tool — arithmetic. Move the sliders to match your business and see the annual figure you're currently paying without noticing it.

Most businesses land somewhere between 60% and 80% on that last slider. The work that genuinely needs a human is the judgement — not the typing that surrounds it.

What we build on, and why

Two engines. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.

Most agencies sell you whatever they know. These are genuinely different tools for different jobs, and choosing wrong is expensive.

Engine one

Microsoft Power Automate

The connective tissue. Something happens — a form is submitted, an email arrives, it becomes Monday — and work moves between your existing apps, with a human approving where it matters.

  • Already sits inside most Microsoft 365 subscriptions
  • Fast to build — you see something working in days
  • Approvals, notifications, file routing, reminders
  • Desktop robots for old software with no API

Where it stops: very high volume, complicated logic, or anything that must run for days. When you outgrow it, we migrate you to Azure Logic Apps without rebuilding from scratch.

Engine two

Microsoft Azure

The engine room. When you need to read a document, understand a voice, search your own files intelligently, or handle serious volume — this is where that lives.

  • Document Intelligence — reads invoices and returns real data
  • Azure OpenAI — AI that never leaves your own tenant
  • AI Search — the engine behind an assistant that knows your files
  • Functions and Logic Apps for scale and reliability

Where it stops: it's overkill for a simple approval flow. If Power Automate can do the job, we'll build it there and charge you less.

How we work

Small win first. Always.

Map one process

We sit with the person actually doing it and write down every step, including the ones nobody documented.

One session · free

Build the quick win

One system, fixed price, live in about two weeks. The point is proof, not scale.

≈ 2 weeks

Watch it run

We monitor the first month closely, handle the exceptions, and tune it against reality rather than the plan.

Month one

Expand deliberately

Quarterly, we look at what's still manual and pick the next one worth automating. Never all at once.

The questions we actually get

Straight answers.

Do we have to replace our existing software?
Almost never. That's the whole reason we build on Power Automate and Azure — they connect to what you already run. And when your core software is genuinely old with no way to connect, we use a desktop robot that operates it the same way your staff does. You change nothing.
Will this replace our staff?
Not in our experience, and we won't pretend otherwise to close a deal. What it removes is the part of their job they hate — the retyping, the chasing, the Monday report. Most clients redeploy that time rather than reduce headcount, because the bottleneck was never the number of people.
How much does a system cost to run each month?
Usually far less than people expect. Power Automate licensing is often already covered in a Microsoft 365 plan, with premium connectors charged per user or per flow. Azure is consumption-based — many systems cost a few hundred rupees a month to run. We model this before quoting so there are no surprises after launch.
What if it breaks?
Things do break — an API changes, a supplier alters their invoice format. That's what the monthly care contract is for: monitoring, exception handling and fixes. We'd rather tell you this upfront than pretend automation is a one-time purchase.
Is our data safe with AI?
When we use AI we build on Azure OpenAI, which runs inside your own Azure tenant. Your documents are not sent to a public chatbot and are not used to train anyone's model. For most compliance-sensitive clients this single fact is the reason they can proceed at all.
Can you start with something small?
We prefer it. A two-week quick win in your most painful process tells you more about whether we're worth working with than any proposal document could. If it doesn't earn its keep, you've lost very little.
One conversation. No pitch deck.

Tell us the one job everybody in your office dreads.

That's usually the right place to start. Send it to us and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be automated, roughly what it would cost, and whether it's worth doing at all.
